Matthew Quinlan

Matthew graduated with a B.Sc. (Eng.) (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and Business Finance from University College London and The London School of Economics and Political Science in 1995. Matthew also holds the Chartered Accountancy and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Craig Dudra is the co-head of RBC Capital Markets’ Vancouver investment banking office and has over 15 years of investment banking experience. Over his career, he has been active in a number of assignments and his main responsibilities include markets expertise, IPO structuring, marketing, pricing and allocation, buy/sell side M&A assignments predominately for the resource team.  Craig has spent the last 3 years on the ECM desk in Toronto working with mining clients around the world.

Craig was named one of Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40, he is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Nicholas Hann

In 2002, Nicholas relocated to Vancouver to head Macquarie’s infrastructure team in Western Canada. As a senior executive of Macquarie, Nicholas has been involved in all aspects of Macquarie’s infrastructure and public private partnership businesses. He has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of major infrastructure projects which span a wide range of countries in both public and private sector roles. Nick’s expertise covers the social infrastructure, energy,water, urban planning, rail, tollroad, port and airport sectors with a recent focus on the transportation sector. Nicholas is a Board Member of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships and a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Transport and Logistics, Sydney University.

Dan Wilton

Dan is a Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc. in Vancouver. Dan also serves on the Management Committee of the investment banking department. Throughout his career in corporate finance, Dan has conducted extensive financial analysis and due diligence on corporations and projects across a broad range of industries, including mining, financial services, technology and oil and gas. Dan graduated with a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University and holds an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Michael Scott is an Associate in the Global Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets. Since joining RBC in 2007, Michael has been responsible for financial modeling and analysis on a number of corporate finance and M&A transactions across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining RBC, Michael worked in infrastructure finance, focusing on public infrastructure projects and P3s. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of British Columbia and received a diploma in Organisational and Strategic Management from the London School of Economics.

Jordan Anderson

Jordan works in British Columbia Investment Management Corporation’s private placements group as an Assistant Portfolio Manager.  Jordan is a member of a small team of individuals charged with investing and monitoring approximately $7 billion of capital in the infrastructure and private equity space.  Prior to joining bcIMC, Jordan worked for TD Bank Financial Group for nine years, initially in their commercial banking area, and later for TD Securities as an investment banker in Toronto and Vancouver.  Jordan has served on several not-for-profit boards, including Habitat For Humanity, the Vancouver Aquarium, and the University of Victoria senate.  Jordan holds an honours bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Victoria.

Gint Austrins

Gint Austrins is currently an analyst covering metals and mining at Global Securities, a full service brokerage house based out of Vancouver Canada.  Previous to Global Securities, Gint worked at UBS Securities Canada as an analyst on the metals and mining team in Toronto.    His investment banking experience spans situations involving debt and equity financings as well as M&A advisory.  Gint was a participant in UBC’s Investment Banking Competition in 2008 and is a firm believer that early experience is one of the best assets one can have.  He graduated with honours from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, earning a finance degree in 2009.
